AN ACT CONCERNING REQUIRED HEALTH INSURANCE
COVERAGE FOR DETOXIFICATION AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE
SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 38a-492p and 38a-518p of the general statutes be 1
amended to modify required health insurance coverage for 2
detoxification and substance abuse services. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To modify required health insurance coverage for detoxification and
substance abuse services.
