AN ACT CONCERNING REQUIRED HEALTH INSURANCE
COVERAGE FOR SPECIALIZED FORMULAS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 38a-492c and 38a-518c of the general statutes be 1
amended to require health insurance coverage for specialized formulas 2
for individuals twelve years of age and older. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require health insurance coverage for specialized formulas for
individuals twelve years of age and older.
