AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A MEDICAL
GUILD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow physicians to establish 1
a medical guild of separately incorporated and governed nonprofit 2
organizations that are parallel to or incorporated with the state and 3
county medical societies for purposes of analyzing and distributing 4
information regarding employment and labor-related issues concerning 5
physicians. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To allow physicians to establish a medical guild.
