AN ACT CONCERNING THE ONLINE SALE AND DELIVERY OF
ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND VAPOR
PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 21a-418 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
online sellers of electronic nicotine delivery systems and vapor products 2
to require purchasers of such systems and products to (1) provide 3
identification at the time of purchase, and (2) ensure that the name on 4
such identification matches the name on the method of payment used 5
to make the purchase. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To require online sellers of electronic nicotine delivery systems and
vapor products to require purchasers of such systems and products to
(1) provide identification at the time of purchase, and (2) ensure that the
name on such identification matches the name on the method of
payment used to make the purchase.
