AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE HEALTHY HOUSING ASSISTANCE
PILOT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a pilot program be established to provide rental assistance 1
certificates to enable families who have children with persistent asthma 2
to move to healthier environments. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a pilot program to provide rental assistance certificates to
enable families who have children with persistent asthma to move to
healthier environments.
