1818 AN ACT CONCERNING PESTICIDE REGULATION.
1919 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2020 Assembly convened:

2222 That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
2323 Energy and Environmental Protection to restrict the use of pesticides on 2
2424 private and public properties to those substances deemed non-3
2525 carcinogenic by the World Health Organization's International Agency 4
2626 for Research on Cancer, enable municipalities to restrict the use of 5
2727 pesticides on such properties and require said department to establish a 6
2828 publicly available electronic database for the registration of pesticide 7
2929 use in the state . 8

3131 To eliminate the use of toxic pesticides that affect the environment and
