AN ACT CONCERNING THE FINALIZATION AND AVAILABILITY OF
TAX FORMS FOR THE ENSUING YEAR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Revenue Services to finalize and make available all tax 2
forms by December first of each year preceding the filing year for which 3
such forms are to be utilized. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Revenue Services to finalize and make
