AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF CATERED FOOD AND
BEVERAGES IN FUNERAL HOMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 20-230e of the general statutes be amended to enable 1
funeral directors to offer catered food and beverages to persons 2
attending funeral services. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To enable funeral directors to offer catered food and beverages to
persons attending funeral services.
