| 29 | 29 | and athletic facility to have an automatic external defibrillator on site 2 | |
| 30 | 30 | and at least one employee or volunteer with unexpired evidence of 3 | |
| 31 | 31 | completing a course in the use of an automatic external defibrillator and 4 | |
| 32 | 32 | in cardiopulmonary resuscitation on site during staffed business hours, 5 | |
| 33 | 33 | and (2) limit the liability of a health club and its employees from any 6 | |
| 34 | 34 | cause of action that may arise in connection with the use or nonuse of 7 | |
