AN ACT LIMITING MULTIPLE HANDGUN PURCHASES IN A THIRTY -
DAY PERIOD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 29 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit a person 1
from purchasing more than one pistol or revolver during any thirty-day 2
period. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit anyone from purchasing more than one handgun within any
thirty-day period.
