AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRONIC DELIVERY TICKETS FOR
GASOLINE, KEROSENE, FUEL OILS OR SIMILAR SUBSTANCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 14-329 of the general statutes be amended to permit 1
electronic delivery tickets for gasoline, kerosene, fuel oils or similar 2
substances, when the seller, or the seller's agent, and the purchaser of 3
said substances are in agreement. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To permit acceptance of electronic delivery tickets for gasoline,
kerosene, fuel oils or similar substances.
