Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 228a of the general statutes be amended to extend R.E. 1
Van Norstrand Neighborhood Assistance Act tax credits to S 2
corporations. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To extend R.E. Van Norstrand Neighborhood Assistance Act tax credits
to S corporations.
