AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION FOR THE
CONNECTICUT INSTITUTE FOR THE BLIND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-299 of the general statutes be amended to extend the 1
property tax exemption for the Connecticut Institute for the Blind to the 2
property of subsidiaries and affiliates of said institute. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the property tax exemption for the Connecticut Institute for
the Blind to the property of subsidiaries and affiliates of said institute.
