AN ACT EXEMPTING SMALL BUSINESSES FROM CERTAIN FEES
DURING THE COVID-PANDEMIC.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That small businesses be exempted from paying licensure or 1
permitting fees to the state until the Commissioner of Public Health 2
declares the COVID-19 pandemic to be over. 3
Statement of Purpose:
