Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 20 of the general statutes be amended to clarify that water 1
meter replacement shall not be considered plumbing and piping work. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To clarify that water meter replacement shall not be considered
plumbing and piping work.
