AN ACT INCREASING THE PERSONAL NEEDS ALLOWANCE OF
CERTAIN RESIDENTS OF LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 17b-106 and 17b-272 of the general statutes be amended 1
to increase the personal needs allowance of certain residents of long-2
term care facilities to seventy-two dollars. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the personal needs allowance of certain residents of long-
term care facilities.
