AN ACT INCREASING MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENT FOR HOME
CARE SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 17b-242 of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
the rate of Medicaid reimbursement for home care services. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the rate of Medicaid reimbursement for home care services.
