AN ACT REQUIRING SITE-NEUTRAL REIMBURSEMENTS FOR CERTAIN COVERED HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require health 1 insurers to provide site-neutral reimbursements for covered health 2 insurance benefits for: (1) Infusions; and (2) health care services that use 3 (A) current procedural terminology evaluation and management (CPT 4 E/M) codes, or (B) current procedural terminology assessment and 5 management (CPT A/M) codes. 6 Statement of Purpose: To require health insurers to provide site-neutral reimbursements for covered health insurance benefits for: (1) Infusions; and (2) health care services that use (A) current procedural terminology evaluation and management (CPT E/M) codes, or (B) current procedural terminology assessment and management (CPT A/M) codes.
