AN ACT REQUIRING DISCLOSURE AND PRIOR LEGISLATIVE
APPROVAL OF SEVERANCE AND NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS
WITH THE CONNECTICUT HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 706c of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
exchange established pursuant to section 38a-1081 of the general 2
statutes to disclose, and obtain approval from the General Assembly 3
before entering into, any severance or nondisclosure agreement. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange to disclose, and
obtain legislative approval before entering into, any severance or
nondisclosure agreement.
