AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF THE UNITED STATES
DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE'S PROPOSED RULE
CONCERNING THE NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH AND SCHOOL
BREAKFAST PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a task force to 1
examine the impact of the United States Department of Agriculture's 2
Final Rule concerning simplifying meal service and monitoring 3
requirements in the National School Lunch Program and National 4
School Breakfast Program. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to examine the impact of the United States
Department of Agriculture's Final Rule concerning simplifying meal
service and monitoring requirements in the National School Lunch
Program and National School Breakfast Program.
