AN ACT AN ACT CONCERNING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE
QUARRIES WORKING GROUP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to implement the 1
recommendations of the working group established to develop a model 2
quality control plan for quarries and study the workforce of contractors 3
engaged in the repair and replacement of concrete foundations that have 4
deteriorated due to the presence of pyrrhotite. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To implement the recommendations of the quarries working group.
