AN ACT CONCERNING THE FUNDING OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH
DEPARTMENTS AND DISTRICT DEPARTMENTS OF HEALTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the full funding of 1
municipal health departments and district departments of health to 2
allow for them to sufficiently respond to a pandemic. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To fund and use existing health districts to respond to pandemics.
