AN ACT LEVYING A FINE AGAINST TELECOMMUNICATIONS
COMPANIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF NO-SALES-SOLICITATION-CALL
LISTINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 743m of the general statutes be amended to levy a fine 1
against a telecommunications company if telephone solicitors use said 2
telecommunications company's services to violate any state or federal 3
no-sales-solicitation-call listings. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To levy a fine against a telecommunications company if telephone
solicitors use the telecommunications company's services when
violating a state or federal no-sales-solicitation-call listing.
