AN ACT CONCERNING A CAP ON ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION
COMPANIES' DISTRIBUTION CHARGES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to cap the distribution 1
charge an electric distribution company may charge its customers based 2
upon said customer's electricity usage. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To cap distribution charges an electric distribution company may charge
its customers based upon electricity usage.
