AN ACT CONCERNING ANNUAL VEGETATION MAINTENANCE
PLANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 277 of the general statutes be amended to require that 1
electric distribution companies annually submit a vegetation 2
maintenance plan for public right-of-way property containing above 3
ground power lines to the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority for 4
approval. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require electric distribution companies to submit an annual
vegetation maintenance plan to the Public Utilities Regulatory
Authority for approval.
