No Fiscal Impact  
The amendment makes the sections containing the club and non-
profit club permit fee reductions effective from passage resulting in no 
fiscal impact because the bill specifies these permittees will receive a 
refund in FY 21

The amendment also makes a technical change resulting in no fiscal 
impact to the state.

club ($300) or nonprofit club ($815) who paid in excess of the permit fee listed in the 
bill in FY 21.
