AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REVOLVING LOAN FUND TO HELP
ELDERLY HOMEOWNERS TO PAY THEIR PROPERTY TAXES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 204a of the general statutes be amended to establish a 1
revolving loan fund to help elderly homeowners to pay their property 2
taxes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide financial relief to elderly homeowners who fall behind on
their tax payments.
