AN ACT EXPANDING ACCESS TO THE ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE 
RESPITE CARE PROGRAM. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That section 17b-349e of the general statutes be amended to expand 1 
access to the Alzheimer's disease respite care program by increasing the 2 
annual income limit from forty-four thousand five hundred ninety-one 3 
dollars to fifty thousand dollars. 4 
Statement of Purpose:   
To increase the number of persons who can receive assistance through 
the Alzheimer's disease respite care program.
