AN ACT SUPPORTING AGING IN PLACE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated from the General Fund 1
to the Departments of Aging and Disability Services and Social Services, 2
for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, to expand programs that provide 3
community and home-based care for persons who are elderly or who 4
have Alzheimer's disease. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To commit additional state funds to expand access to aging-in-place
initiatives.
