Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to promote the siting and 1
construction of anaerobic digesters used for the disposal of agricultural 2
wastes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To promote the efficient disposal of agricultural wastes.
