AN ACT CONCERNING ALL -TERRAIN VEHICLE TRAILS IN STATE
FORESTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of 1
Energy and Environmental Protection to designate some trails in state 2
forests for use by all-terrain vehicle operators. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for the safe use of all-terrain vehicles in state forests.
