AN ACT CONCERNING THE PAYMENT OF THE PASSPORT TO THE
PARKS VEHICLE REGISTRATION FEE BY PERSONS WITH MORE
THAN ONE VEHICLE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to limit the payment of the 1
Passport to the Parks vehicle registration fee for persons who own more 2
than one vehicle to just one such fee. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To cap the amount of fees certain persons pay for use of state parks.
