20 | 27 | Healthcareer Association, the National Center for Competency Testing 4 | |
21 | 28 | or the American Medical Technologists, and (B) has graduated from a 5 | |
22 | 29 | postsecondary medical assisting program (i) accredited by the 6 | |
23 | 30 | Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, the 7 | |
24 | 31 | Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools or another accrediting 8 | |
25 | 32 | organization recognized by the United States Department of Education, 9 | |
26 | 33 | or (ii) offered by an institution of higher education accredited by an 10 | |
27 | 34 | accrediting organization recognized by the United States Department of 11 | |
28 | 35 | Education, or (2) has completed relevant medical assistant training 12 | |
29 | 36 | provided by any branch of the armed forces of the United States. 13 | |
30 | 37 | (b) A medical assistant may administer a vaccine under the 14 | |
