AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONVEYANCE OF A PARCEL OF STATE
LAND IN THE TOWN OF CHESHIRE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Correction be required to convey a parcel 1
of land consisting of 3.26 acres on Sandbank Road in the town of 2
Cheshire and currently used as a bus depot for Cheshire public schools 3
to continue to be used for such purpose. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To grant the town of Cheshire a parcel of state land to use as a bus depot
for public schools.
