AN ACT CONCERNING A FULLY STAFFED STATE MEDICAID FRAUD
CONTROL UNIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a fully staffed State 1
Medicaid Fraud Control Unit in accordance with the Affordable Care 2
Act. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce fraud, waste and misuse of state resources.
