AN ACT CONCERNING ONLINE PUBLIC NOTICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 1-2 of the general statutes be amended to permit 1
municipalities to publish public notices in online news Internet web 2
sites that serve their community in lieu of printed newspapers. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To modernize the public notice process.
