| 23 | 23 | review and adjust contract funding levels to ensure nonprofit providers 2 | |
| 24 | 24 | who provide services for the homeless and housing-related services can 3 | |
| 25 | 25 | (1) pay living wages, overtime, hazard pay and benefits for front-line 4 | |
| 26 | 26 | staff, (2) maintain client caseload sizes to meet industry standards, and 5 | |
| 27 | 27 | (3) adequately fund other costs such as supplies, staff training and 6 | |
