AN ACT CONCERNING THE LEARN HERE, LIVE HERE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 32-4i of the general statutes be amended to increase the 1
annual expenditure on the Learn Here, Live Here program to not more 2
than five million dollars and require that a participant's income not 3
exceed seventy-five thousand dollars. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the expenditure on the Learn Here, Live Here program and
encourage first-time homeownership in Connecticut.
