AN ACT CONCERNING WORKERS' COMPENSATION COVERAGE
FOR CERTAIN MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL INJURIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow for compensation for 1
certain mental and emotional injuries that do not arise out of physical 2
injury or occupational disease, thereby reversing portions of public act 3
93-228. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow all workers coverage for post traumatic stress and other mental
or emotional injuries.
