1818 AN ACT CONCERNING TIME FRAMES FOR BINDING ARBITRATION.
1919 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2020 Assembly convened:

2222 That the general statutes be amended to require all binding 1
2323 arbitration cases proceeding pursuant to section 7-473c of the general 2
2424 statutes to conclude within a six-month time frame from the 3
2525 commencement of the proceedings and that such time frame be 4
2626 extended only upon mutual agreement of the parties, for not more than 5
2727 one three-month time frame. 6

2929 To amend time frames for binding arbitration in Connecticut.
