AN ACT CONCERNING AN INCREASE TO THE PREVAILING WAGE
THRESHOLD FOR RENOVATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the prevailing wage 1
threshold for renovations to a minimum of four hundred thousand 2
dollars and to require thresholds for new construction and renovations 3
to be indexed annually to reflect the effects of inflation. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To raise the prevailing wage threshold for renovations.
