AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE MARKING OF THE COASTAL
JURISDICTION WITH MAN-MADE STRUCTURES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 22a-359 of the general statutes be amended to authorize 1
the marking of the coastal jurisdiction line with man-made structures 2
such as culverts and pipes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow certain man-made structures to mark the coastal jurisdiction
line.
