AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE USE OF CATERERS OF CHOICE IN
CERTAIN STATE VENUES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize any person who 1
rents a state venue in a state park to utilize the caterer of his or her 2
choice. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow individuals who rent state-owned venues in state parks to
utilize their own caterer.
