AN ACT CONCERNING A SPECIAL TAXING DISTRICT WITHIN THE
CITY OF WEST HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a special taxing district be established in West Haven and that 1
such district be authorized to (1) make expenditures for public and 2
private infrastructure improvements, and (2) issue bonds to finance 3
such improvements. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a special taxing district in West Haven for the purpose of
certain infrastructure improvements.
