Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to exclude all 1
veterans' benefits from income when determining eligibility for a state 2
Medicaid program. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exclude all veterans' benefits from income when determining
eligibility for a state Medicaid program.
