AN ACT CONCERNING THE FARMLAND ACCESS WORKING GROUP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to implement the policy 1
priorities of the Farmland Access Working Group including increasing 2
the value amount to five million dollars of the buy-protect-sell program 3
and to explore an option to purchase agricultural value. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To implement priorities of the Farmland Access Working Group.
