AN ACT REQUIRING THE SITING COUNCIL TO HAVE A
REPRESENTATIVE WITH KNOWLEDGE OF AGRICULTURE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Siting Council to 1
have a representative with knowledge of agriculture. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Siting Council to have a representative with knowledge
of agriculture.
