AN ACT ELIMINATING THE NONMEDICAL EXEMPTION TO THE
IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENT FOR ENROLLMENT IN SCHOOLS,
DAY CARE AND CAMP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the nonmedical 1
exemption to the immunization requirement for enrollment in schools, 2
day care and camp. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the nonmedical exemption to the immunization
requirement for enrollment in schools, day care and camp.
