AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH TO
DEVELOP AND DISCLOSE A CLEARLY ARTICULATED PLAN FOR
THE DISTRIBUTION OF COVID -19 VACCINES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Public Health to provide a clearly articulated plan for the distribution of 2
COVID-19 vaccines that provides residents an understanding of when, 3
where and how they will be able to receive a vaccine and that articulates 4
the department's safeguards for ensuring that a resident's ability to get 5
a vaccine is not impeded by identity theft or other means. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To provide residents a relative certainty as to when they can expect
vaccination.
