AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF PERFLUOROALKYL AND
POLYFLUOROALKYL SUBSTANCES IN CONSUMER PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of 1
perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances in consumer products. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the use of perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances in
consumer products.
